  1. 312 gmsbutter
  2. 187.5 gmswhite sugar
  3. 187.5 gmsbrown Sugar
  4. 1egg
  5. 425 gmsflour
  6. 10 gmsbaking powder
  7. 250 gmschic chip

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together soft butter, brown and white sugar until soft and pale in colour

  2. 2

    Ads egg and mix well into the mixture

  3. 3

    Add sifted flour and mix

  4. 4

    Add choc nibs and mix

  5. 5

    Roll out the dough measuring 80 gms

  6. 6

    Bake on a greased oven tray in a preheated oven for 160°, 30 min

  7. 7

    Allow to cool
