Ingredients

50+cookies
  1. 500 gflour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 250 gbutter
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1/4 cupmilk
  6. 1/2 tspBicarbonate of soda
  7. 1 tbspCustard Powder
  8. 1 tspVanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl mix together Butter, sugar and vanilla essence until light and fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, custard, bicarbonate soda, and cardamom

  3. 3

    Add milk little at a time until mixture is smooth

  4. 4

    Add flour and mix. if too dry add abit more milk.

  5. 5

    Bake at 200 degrees until Golden brown
