Dip cashews in warm water for 1 hour. Dry roast cumin, cardamom and dry coriander and grind them to make dry powder. Now add oil to pan and roast ginger pieces and garlic pieces. Then add onion pieces and roast them too. Now add tomatoes and saute for 1 min. Let it cool for a while and grind with soaked cashews to make a fine paste.

Now again heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil in it and add capsicum pieces and saute for 1 min.

Now add red chilli powder, turmeric and mix well. Now add gravy paste to it and again mix well.

Add curd, kasoori methi and salt and mix well. Now cook it for 2 mins after covering the pan with lid.

Now add cheese cubes and mix well. Cook for 1 min and garnish with coriander leaves and kadahi paneer is ready to eat.
