Steps

Wash and parboil rice for 20minutes. Drain water and wash again. Put in the pot, add water and cook till done.

Wash and cut ugu, carrots, tomatoes, red pepper, onions and set aside.

Place washed chicken in a clean pot, add seasoning cube, onions, salt and cook for 30minutes. Bring down.

Heat oil in a sauce pan and add onions, stir for 10seconds and add tomatoes and grounded fresh pepper, cook for another 3minutes and add carrots, stir for 2minutes. Add seasoning cube and salt to taste. Stir well. Add the chicken sauce to the mixture. Add seasoning powder, add back the chicken, add vegetable. Stir well, cook for 2minutes and bring down.

Serve with white rice and boiled egg.
