This is super simple and delicious. Even if your not normally a huge fan of blue cheese, this recipe softens the natural blue cheese harshness and has a smooth ‘moorish’ addictive thing about it.
It’s amazing with poached pears or fresh apples as well.

Ingredients

  • 200 gblue cheese, I use Stilton here
  • 3 tablespoonmilk
  • Couple drops honey

Steps

  1. 1

    In food processor blend all ingredients together.

  2. 2

    You can add more milk to adjust consistency

  3. 3

    Add more honey to soften the blue cheese ‘bite’ although I love that about blues cheese
