Navratri special no onion no garlic crimy alu curry ....rich in taste....
Steps

Heat oil in a pan &fry boiled &pilled patatos till golden brown.

Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan. Put cummuin seeds, hing, bay leaf in it.add grated tomato.

Now add all dry spices in it. Fry for two minutes. Now add curd & cream in it.add 1/2 cup milk &mix properly. after 2 minutes add fry patatos & garnish with cream & coriander leaves. Serve with nan or paratha.
