Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tspoil
  2. 1 bowlsuji
  3. 1 bowlcurd
  4. 1onion
  5. 1potato
  6. 1tomato
  7. 1capsicum
  8. 1/2 tspENO
  9. Salt according taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil on appe stand

    A picture of step 1 of Appe.

    Add curd and suji in a bowl

  3. 3

    Then add other material onion,capsicum,potato and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Then add 1/2tsp ENO

  5. 5

    Nw put batter into Appe stand..

  6. 6

    After 5 or 6 min cooking it will be ready..

  7. 7

    Last serve it in plate with ketchup..
