Firstly black grams and kidney beans shock for 2-3 hours.

Now add water, shocked black gram, kidney beans,salt turmeric into a pressure cooker and boil until it's become soft.

Further prepare tarka, heat ghee into a pan saute cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste.

Add onion roast until it's become gold brown.

Now add tomatoes saute until become soft.

Add all dry spices until it's become sperate oil.

Further add milk in boiled dal and combine well.

And add prepare tarka upon boiled dal.

Garnish dal with fresh cream and fresh chopped coriander.

Ready Dal makhni for serve with naan or rice.
