Preheat the oven to 200°C, (fan 180°C, gas mark 4) and line 2 baking trays with baking parchment.

In a large bowl sift the flour, sugar and pumpkin powder then add margarine mix together well.

Roll the dough out between 2 sheets of parchment paper, to a thickness of 4mm.

Cut into shapes, and bake for 12 minutes.

Cool completely, then decorate with royal iciing.
