  1. 3raw egg yolks
  2. 3 table spoonwhite vinegar
  3. 11/2(0ne and half table spoon sugar)
  4. 1whole fresh lemon or lime juice
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 litrevegetable oil

    Use a blender add egg yolks, salt, sugar, lemon juice,vinegar then blend,add oil gradually while you blend,mix until it becomes as thick as you want it...
