  • 3 table spoonwhite vinegar
  • 11/2(0ne and half table spoon sugar)
  • 1whole fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 litrevegetable oil

    Use a blender add egg yolks, salt, sugar, lemon juice,vinegar then blend,add oil gradually while you blend,mix until it becomes as thick as you want it...
