1Onion
2Tomatoes
1 tspGinger
1-2Green chillies
1 cupBhoondi
1/2 tspCumin seeds
To tasteSalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder

Steps

Make onion and tomato puree.

Take a pan heat oil and put paste into it and saute for 3 -4 mins.

Add all spices and mix well.

When paste gets brown and oil separats add water in it.

Stir well for 5 mins.

Put boondi into it and cook for 2 mins.

It's ready to eat.
