Firstly wash the potatoes and Peel it and cut it in long pieces.

Then take a bowl and add gram floor,white floor,ararot(corn starch) and add water to make a batter. It should not be thin.

Now add spices in it and mix well.

Then take a wok and add oil in it.

Now apply batter on potatoes pieces and fry it untill it becomes crispy.

At last sprinkle the chat masala on them.

Finger chips is ready to eat.
