Ingredients

25-30 minuets
2-3 servings
  1. 2Big Ripe Tomatoes
  2. 1 inchginger
  3. 10Whole Groundnut
  4. 2 tbspshredded coconut
  5. As requiredGaram Masala
  6. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric
  7. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. 1 bowl Veggies
  9. 1/2 cupPotatoes diced
  10. 1/2 cupPeas
  11. 1/2 cupRidge gourd chopped
  12. 1/3 cupCarrots diced
  13. 1/3 cupCapsicum chopped
  14. Other Ingredients
  15. 2 TablespoonOil
  16. 1big Red Onion Chopped fine
  17. To tastesalt
  18. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  19. 2-3 cupswater
  20. 1 pinch hing
  21. 2 tsp malai

Steps

25-30 minuets
  1. 1

    The paste: Grind the ginger tomato and onion Grind to a smooth puree. Set aside. Grind the groundnut and coconut with a little water to a smooth paste and set aside.

    In a wide sauce pan, heat the oil then add mustard seeds, hing, tomato purée. Sauté for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add the paste sauté for 4 minutes.
    and fry until little streaks of oil come out of the mixture.

  4. 4

    Now add cream to it and mix for a minute or until oil comes out.

  5. 5

    Now add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.

  6. 6

    Add all the veggies,coriander and water and mix well.and Cook for 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    Eat it with chapati or puri.
