Ingredients

  • 1full chicken(as your desire)
  • 1 tablespoonChicken masala
  • 1 tablespoonGarlic paste
  • 1 tablespoonginger paste
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 pinchsalt to taste
  • Any food colour of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl put in your chicken

  2. 2

    Then add the ginger and garlic paste

  3. 3

    Then add the chicken masala and the lemon

  4. 4

    Then add the food colour and salt and mix it well

  5. 5

    Cover the bowl with a lid and let it marinate for about 30minutes or an hour

  6. 6

    Cook for 40minutes at 235 temp
