  1. Plantain
  2. Salt
  3. Tomato
  4. Onions
  5. Pepper
  6. Palm oil
  7. Maggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the plantain and use very little salt to rub it and put it in the oven to roast

  2. 2

    Slice the tomatoes pepper onions

  3. 3

    Put the oil inside pan and add the tomato pepper onions

  4. 4

    Fry it for 4 minutes

  5. 5

    Add salt and maggi
