  • Salt
  • Tomato
  • Onions
  • Pepper
  • Palm oil
  • Maggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the plantain and use very little salt to rub it and put it in the oven to roast

  2. 2

    Slice the tomatoes pepper onions

  3. 3

    Put the oil inside pan and add the tomato pepper onions

  4. 4

    Fry it for 4 minutes

  5. 5

    Add salt and maggi
