Steps

Take a pan put ghee then add rice/rice vermicelli soute for3-4min. Add milk and cook untill rice get cooked then add sugar, and let them cool completely.

After it cool down add fresh cream and mix well.

Now take 2 bowl and divide rice in 2 bowl add mango emulsion in one bowl and khus in other.

Take a serving glass first put a layer of mango flavoured kheer, then a layer of wipped cream, then chopped mangoes.

After mangoes add khus flavoured kheer layer again a layer of wipped cream and after that garnish it with dark chocolate, nuts and a cherry on top. Freeze it and serve cool.
