Ingredients

300 gmspasta of choice
1big bunch of corriander finely chopped (or blended with oil)
1 clovegarlic finely minced
sweet peppers finely minced
5 tbsolive oil/sunflower oil
to tastesalt and pepper

Steps

Boil the pasta till cooked,season with salt and pepper and rest

Add to it the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly

Warm up slightly and serve with a bolongese
