Ingredients

2 cupspeanuts (unsalted & peeled)
1 cupjaggery
1/2 tspcardamom powder

Steps

1

Roast peanuts in a pan or microwave. Grind them with a food processor or mixer grinder. Keep the powdered peanuts aside.

Crush jaggery & make a paste like consistency from it.

Mix both of them & add a pinch of cardamom powder. From into balls & peanut ladoos are ready. Enjoy😊
