Steps

Firstly wash and slit Baby Brinjals into four and then put and water with salt in it for 10 mins

Then roast peanuts and a Pan and blend and mixer and keep aside

Then in a plate make Masala (redchilli powder haldi and coriander powder and peanut powder and salt)

Put these Masala and each baby Brinjal inside it,and put all Masala in all baby Brinjal and Keep aside

Then in a Kadhai,put oil,when heating put little jeera and peanut powder and fry fr a while and then put all baby Brinjals with all Masala in it and cover the Kadhai with a plate and medium flame cook for 10 to 15 mins

Lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot, yummy it taste good
