5fish wings or fillet
2 tbspdark soy sauce
2 tbspOf light soy sauce
1 tspOf Fish sauce
1 1/2 tbspOf brown sugar
1lime juice
1lime slice

Pan fried fish then drain and set aside

With 1/2 Tbsp Of hot oil then Put all sauce into the pan and mix well then add in the lime slice and lime juice then off heat

Serve the fried fish with some the sauce
