Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 ltrfull cream milk
  • 100 gmgobindo bhog rice
  • 200 gmsugar
  • 1 handfulcashew and raisins

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the milk well

  2. 2

    Now keep 1 cup milk aside and add washed rice

  3. 3

    Boil on low heat till rice is soft

  4. 4

    As rice is soft add sugar and cashew-raisins

  5. 5

    Add the milk and boil on high heat till sugar dissolves
