It is very nutritious as it is mainly prepared with a generous quantity of water leaf and okazi.

It is very nutritious as it is mainly prepared with a generous quantity of water leaf and okazi.
Steps

Wash,drain and slice water leave

Grind/pound the okazi

Boil the beef and Pomo with salt, seasoning cubes,diced Onion with a little quantity of water as water leaves contain water

When meat is done,add dry fish and cook for another 5minutes

Add Palm oil, crayfish and pepper and allow to boil
- 6
When the mixture starts boiling,add the okazi,water leaves and periwinkle
- 7
When the okazi leaves have softened and the water has dried up a bit,add salt to taste and allow to simmer for about 5minutes

Serve with pounded yam,fufu semo etc
