Steps
- 1
Chop the onions.
- 2
Take a pan and add a spoon of oil/ghee in it. Once heat up add the chopped onions.
- 3
Stir the onions occasionally. Cook them till they become soft.
- 4
Now add turmeric, salt and red chilli powder and stir it well to mix. Cook it for a few seconds.
- 5
Now add the curd. After a few seconds you will see that the curd has separated from the water. Don't worry it happens, just keep stirring and keep the flame at high so as to quicken the drying of the water content of the veggie.
- 6
Now you will see small curdles forming along with onions separating from the water.
- 7
Cook it until all the water dry up. Then lift the pan off the flame.
- 8
Eat it with chapati and enjoy the tangi dahi ki sabzi :)
