In a bowl take maida in this add salt by taking care add little by little milk. Kend it well and make a very smooth and soft dough. Let it rest for 1-2 hours.

For Stuffing rost wheat flour well with help of ghee, till it turns aromat. Let it cool down.

Now in this add sugar powder, cardmom powder and jaifal powder.

Now make small balls of dough and make a very small size roti. In this add the stuffing and close it, press it well with help of finger. Now cut the sides with the help of gujiya cutter.

Heat oil in a pan. Now fry gujiyas well in oil.

Karanji (Gujiya) is ready to serve.
