Break eggs in a bowl and add a little salt; whisk and set aside

Heat up frying pan and once its hot; add bacon and fry remove bacon from heat once its ready and set aside

Add more veg oil, add left over sauce and then the whisked egg; stir in mix veg and scramble everything together till its cooked through

Serve scrambled eggs with fried bacon
