2 cupsbasmatic rice
Fresh Carrot
Spring onion root
Fried egg
Knor
Salt
Soysauce
Olive oil

Steps

After parboiling the basmatic rice and setting aside in a filter sieve

Put the olive oil in a flat pan then add the chopped vegetables and fry
3

Season it and add the rice and the soysauce
4

Stir the rice for 5minutes and then add the fried egg and stir fry for 2 minutes more
