Boil the water. Wash and peel the potatoes. Dice the potatoes and boil till done.

Add milks to the potatoes and whip till smooth add butter and salt to taste.

Brown the beef and dice the onion. Chop the mushrooms and add the onion and mushrooms to the ground beef.

When browned form a crater.

Add the flour in the middle.

Stir the flour in and stir constantly not letting the flour stick to the bottom.

Add the broth to the mixture.

Stir till simmering. It will thicken a lot. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the gravy with the mash. Usually I make a crater in the taters and fill with the gravy.
