4-5 servings

1/2 bottlegourd grated
2 cupmilk
1 cupsugar
1hand full whole cashew-raisins
1 tbspghee
1 pinchsalt

Heat ghee in a pan add grated gourd

Add salt and saute till it is dry
3

Now add milk and cover till it is soft
4

As it is soft add sugar and cashew-raisins

Boil well to a thicker consistency
