Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 2 cupcold water
  • 5-6ice cubes
  • 2lemon juice
  • 50 gmMilk
  • as neededGhee for fry
  • For sugar syrup
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • as neededdry fruits for garnish
  • 1 cupRabri

Steps

    Take a large bowl and add ghee to it and add cubes of ice to it now whip it till it takes on a cream like consistency now take out the ice cubes now whip with hand and make the smooth cream now add floor and mix it now add milk in it and mix it well and make smooth cream now add water and make pouring thin consistency now add lemon juice and mix well

    Now heat the ghee in a pan now add the mixture little by little first let add a big ladle full and now add little by little in to the work now pause till the form in the work settle down before adding fresh batter we can make sure there a nice hole to add the batter in the middle using a spoon look a ladle full of the mix and put in to the work in a long stream moving the cooked batter to the side so that we have the space to add move batter cook it from the top till it turns golden brown

    Now put small plate on the big one and put the ghevar on it so that the ghee seeps out make the all ghevar like this now ghevar is ready

    Now will be used to sweeten the ghevar make the sugar syrup heat the pan and add the water and sugar make the syrup now check the syrup consistency now take a drop between finger and thumb and test it's stickiness see strand's from the syrup now syrup is ready now add cardamon powder in it and mix it well now coat the ghevar in it and take out in the plate

    Now coat the ghevar with rabri now garnish with some dry fruits and serve
