Steps

Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil and temper Cumin seeds,bay leaf and red chilli

Add ginger garlic paste saute for a while

Add onion and cook till it gets soft and brown now add the fish and cover
- 5
As the fish is soft add tomato puree and mix well
- 6
Add red chilli powder and mix well
- 7
Add sugar and garam masala powder and switch off
