Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwarm milk
  2. 1 Tbspninstant yeast
  3. 2 Tbspnsugar
  4. 1Tspn salt
  5. 3 Tbspnbutter/margarine softened
  6. I egg
  7. 3 CupsAll Purpose Flour
  8. for the filling
  9. 3 Tbspnbutter/margarine softened
  10. 1 Cupbrown sugar
  11. for the glaze
  12. 1/2 CupIcing Sugar
  13. 1/4 CupMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl.. put the milk,yeast,sugar,salt,margarine,egg.

  2. 2

    Add in the flour

  3. 3

    Knead to a soft dough

  4. 4

    Put in an airtight cointainer, let it rise 30-45mins

  5. 5

    Mix the filling: sugar and cinnamon

    Once risen, roll out, apply the soft margarine then sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

    Fold the dough from the long side into a log

    Use plain dental floss or sharp knife to cut the rolls. (very neat and less mess)

    Arrange in tray, let rise again for 30-45mins

  10. 10

    Bake in a preheated oven @160°c for 15mins

  11. 11

    From the oven and pour the glaze. Let cool.
