I am a huge fan of Coleslaw... Almost every restaurant I go to, I get a side of slaw. Shop bought slaw just never tastes the same, so I’ve decided to make some! It isn’t healthy but worth it. Almost made the perfect amount to fit in my new Tupperware✌🏼

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 120 gMayonnaise
  2. 115 gSourcream
  3. 1/2 tablespoonLemon Juice
  4. 2 tablespoonsApple Cider Vinegar (I only used one)
  5. 2 teaspoonsHoney
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  8. 1/2small head of green cabbage (300g approx) thinly slice
  9. 1/2small head of red cabbage (300g approx) thinly sliced
  10. 1Large carrot peeled and grated

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.

    Add the green cabbage, red cabbage and carrot. Toss into the sauce to coat.

    Cover and chill until ready to serve! It’s that easy😊
