Chill your whipping cream before use.

Whip your cream to stiff peaks. Don’t overwhip.

Place the cream in a piping bag fitted with a 2D nozzle.

Depending on the shape you want to make, place your cupcakes on the board with some cream.

Pipe rosettes on top of the cupcakes.

You can add fruits and garnishes If desired
