Slice the chicken breasts into thin, long strips. Add salt, vinegar, and spice mix, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

When ready to serve, sauté the chicken in a large skillet with a little oil over medium-high heat until cooked through and golden brown.

To serve, wrap the chicken in flatbread with garlic sauce, French fries, lettuce, and pickles if available. Serve with ayran (yogurt drink).
