Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsuji/semolina
  2. 1/4 cupghee
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 2 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan add ghee and suji

  2. 2

    Roast suji till a nice colour and aroma comes out

  3. 3

    Add water and cook till water completely absorbed by suji

  4. 4

    Mix sugar and cook for 2 minutes it's ready
