I wanted to lose weight, but buying a set of salad rolls is so expensive. So I decided to make them myself! 😆
Steps
- 1
Wash the greens. I found them in the fridge, not sure who bought them, so I washed and drained them.
- 2
Sprinkle black pepper on the chicken tenderloin as desired, then microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. (If frozen, defrost first on medium for about 2 minutes, separate the pieces, then sprinkle with black pepper.)
- 3
Soak the rice paper (I bought square ones for easy wrapping) in boiled water, one sheet at a time, ensuring the entire sheet is wet. Remove immediately and place on a cutting board. Layer with greens, imitation crab sticks, and shredded chicken, then roll up.
- 4
Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with a mix of salad dressing and seafood dipping sauce (I keep bottled ones from the store in the fridge). It's delicious and very easy to make. Give it a try! 😆
