Steps

Fry gond in desi ghee on medium flame untill gond becomes litter pluffy

Roast flour in desi ghee till it become golden brown

Dry roast muskmelon seeds

Make granular mix of gond using hands
- 5
Now add roasted flour in gond, elaichi powder, boora

Add dry fruits and mix it well.

Garnish with whole cashews..

Enjoy the delicacy.. best advised to take it with milk.
