Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgRice
  2. 1/4 kgPeas
  3. 6eggs boiled
  4. 4Potatoes cut in halves
  5. 3onions
  6. 3tomatoes chopped
  7. dania
  8. 6 clovesgarlic
  9. 2 tbspilau spices crushed
  10. 2 tbsturmeric
  11. 4whole green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add oil then onions cook till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add your peas and cook for 5min

  3. 3

    Now add your tomatoes, spices,garlic,dania,green chillies and turmeric.stir well

  4. 4

    After 5min add your potatoes and salt to taste cook for 2min and add water

  5. 5

    Once the water boils add your boiled eggs and rice,stir and cook in high flame for 5min then simmer and cook till done.

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney.
