Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 cupmakhana powder
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1grated beetroot
  • 2potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoonsroasted peanut powder
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • Rock salt as per taste

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take makhana powder, Peanut powder red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, 2 potatoes and knead tight dough.

  2. 2

    Then make small balls and deep fried from high flame to low flame.

  3. 3

    Now in curd add beetroot.

  4. 4

    Then take bowl put balls then add curd, sprinkles cumin powder,rock salt, red chilli powder.
    Granish with beetroot.
