Ingredients

  1. 1 kg potato equally chopped
  2. Water as needed
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1/4 tspfitkari (alum)
  5. Oil as needed

    Heat oil in pan

  2. 2

    Add salt and fitkari in it. now sliced the potato

  3. 3

    Add potato slices to in it

  4. 4

    After 1 boil drain water and dry it in sun

  5. 5

    After dry fry it in oil and serve

  6. 6

    Serve it
