Take a pan and boil a milk until it become thick.Stir it well again and again.When milk start changing in a form of rabri,put 2 tablespoon sugar and mix it well.

Add chopped almonds in rabri and keep aside.

Now fry round bread slices in a desi ghee and after that put that rabri on bread slices.

Then refrigerate the shahi toast for half an hour and serve cold shahi toast.
