Ingredients

2 serving
  • 300 gmIlish fish/Hilsa ilisha
  • 2 tbspBlack and yellow mustared paste
  • 1 tbspPoppy seeds/khus khus paste
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 4-5 tbspMutared oil
  • 1/2 cupYogurt
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspKalonji

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinated the fish with salt and termeric powder for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add kalonji and some green chilli and satue.

  3. 3

    Add yogurt and satue. Add fish and satue 3-4 min.

  4. 4

    Then add muterad paste,khus khus paste and green chilli paste.

  5. 5

    Add little bit of water for gravy and add salt and termeric.

  6. 6

    Cover and cook it 3-4 min and serve with boiled rice.
