Seive maida,baking powder, baking soda,coco powder add sugar powder vanilla extract and malai mix well.

Add milk or water for perfect consistency.

Take cake baking tray of round shape.apply ghee and maida and make dusting.or use butter papers in background of tin

Pour cake batter and tap tin for a release of air

Bake it for 30-40min at 180°c.in oven.

Now let it cool

Make whipped cream with the help of beater

Melt milk and dark chocolate in microwave.and with the help of piping bag make design of bowl on balloon which is filled with air.refridgerate it for 1 hrs

From melted chocolate take half part and mix fresh cream 1/2cup.mix it if require microwave for 1 min.ganash is ready

Now in remaining chocolate add natural gel 1/2cup for mirror glaze and mix well. Take care it must not be so hot or so cold.temperatures of melted chocolate must be at room temperature.

Cut cake in between make on or two layer

Sprinkle sugar syrup on cake both the side.

Spred chocolate ganash evenly.on it spread whipped cream

Again same process

On the top apply sugar syrup,spread whipped cream on side wall and on top evenly.

At last pour chocolate mirror glaze liquid on it let it spred evenly all around cake.refridgerate it for 1/2 hrs

Now make design of your choice with whipped cream

Remove air from balloon slowly and remove chocolate bowl from it

Put chocolate bowl in middle of the cake and make decoration with cherries and whipped cream
