For the dough knead all the ingredients then on the surface hard knead till elastic

Leave it to raise for 20 -30 minutes

For the pizzaiole sauce,cook the onions until translucent, add the tomatoes and simmer for 3-4minutes add the herbs stir and put off the heat

Roll the dough and using a fork make insitions to allow the sauce to penetrate

Smear the sauce on the dough

Cut the coloured peppers for topping

On the sauce add the minced meat, then the chopped veggies and apply oil at the ends to avoid it hardening

Grate the cheese on the veggies

Bake at 180°© for 25 minutes
