  • Carrot,green pepper, spring onions, runner beans,
  • Chicken
  • Tumeric powder
  • Veg oil
  • Seasonings
  • Thyme curry rosemary

  1. 1

    Per boil ur rice and wash then add ur turmeric powder with a drop of veg oil

  2. 2

    Wash ur chicken breast and boil and allow to cool and shred keep aside

  3. 3

    Wash ur veggies and slice or dice either way, and stir fry then add ur seasoning and shredded chicken. Allow to cook for 2min and serve
