Carrot,green pepper, spring onions, runner beans,
Chicken
Tumeric powder
Veg oil
Seasonings
Thyme curry rosemary

Per boil ur rice and wash then add ur turmeric powder with a drop of veg oil

Wash ur chicken breast and boil and allow to cool and shred keep aside

Wash ur veggies and slice or dice either way, and stir fry then add ur seasoning and shredded chicken. Allow to cook for 2min and serve
