Found this recipe on cookpad done by one of the cooks and twisted it just a little by using my own spices.

Found this recipe on cookpad done by one of the cooks and twisted it just a little by using my own spices.

Cook your chicken for 10 mins. Wash it first before cooking. Then add onion, green pepper, garlic & ginger and carrots and cook for another 10 mins.

Remove chicken from pan and add potatoes and spices. Cook for another 10 mins.

Wait for chicken to cool off then debone it and chop into chunks.

Add your chicken to your veggies and cook for 5 mins. Then remove from stove.

For pastry mix flour, salt and margarine. Rub together until crumbled then add eggs and milk. Mix well.

Divide your dough into two parts, use one part for the base then add pour your chicken on top then use the other dough to cover your pie. Bake for 15 to 20 mins on a medium heat (180°C).
