Ingredients

  • 1large bunch red amarnath chopped
  • 1 cuppotato and pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 2-3green chillies chopped
  • 1/4 cupdesiccated coconut
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add potato and pumpkin stir fry well

  3. 3

    Add chopped shak and salt and mix

  4. 4

    Cover it till it is soft and moist

  5. 5

    Add coconut and sugar mix well

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice or khichdi
